Xpert2Web
Xpert2Web enables secure data communication between the Xpert Portal and your CRM or ERP system. The connection is based on web services and ODBC read or read/write connection. Making use of the CRM/ERP web service or information download by XML files is also possible.
Xpert Timesheet
Easy time registration on customer files or projects! Automatic calculation of over time and tariffs. Timesheet approval by management. Copy week function, indirect hours registration, registration with start/end date possible, travel time and kilometer registration. Built-in reporting function.
Xpert Invoice
Xpert Invoice is a complete invoice processing solution. Easy upload of PDF and XML* invoices, built-in OCR function, booking proposal and adaptable approval workflow. Invoices are stored in our secure DMS system and can also be retrieved by booking number. (*Ask for supported formats)
Xpert DMS Portal
The Xpert DMS portal enables easy sharing of your windream documents to the rest of the world. Built-in user management, sharing of files and folders by mouse-click, end date on sharing. The portal has a built-in viewer and allows for downloads and uploads from third parties.
